She was highly informative, helpful, understanding, and wanted what was best for our family. This was our first home, and although it was stressful at times, Karin always made sure that we knew what was going on and in a timely manner. Karin is a charismatic, warm person, and I wanted to work with her immediately. From the moment I met her, I knew she was diligent. She was canvassing my neighborhood with door hangers and knocking on doors. She knows the area and is current on the housing market. She made the process so easy and carefree, dare I say enjoyable? She went through each document before we signed/initialed it. I could reach her at ANY time I needed her. We always felt comfortable knowing that she had everything under control. We trusted her to handle the closing while we were out of state, and again, it was a breeze. It was like working with a really good friend, if your friend was a real estate boss lady/super hero.

Karin went above and beyond to help my wife and I. She would quickly respond to us which made it very easy to communicate. In today’s busy world that’s rare to find. She knows the area, she knows the houses, she knows the deals. If you’re an investor or someone who lives out of state, she makes life very easy for you. If you’re a regular homebuyer, you’re also in great hands because she knows the market very well. I would absolutely recommend her.

It was truly a great experience to work with Karin on finding a home. She would always respond quickly to any inquiry I made about homes within minutes and set up showings around my work schedule. As a single dad, it was also a great advantage to have another perspective from Karin as it truly felt like she was not just trying to get a quick commission, but actually help me find something that worked for me.
